Advantage Title Group will need the following information to complete your transaction in a timely manner.
- What is the commission split for each brokerage?
- Are there any transaction fees for your brokerage?
- Will you be attending closing in person?
- Are there any HOA fees?
a. Please provide the name and contact information of the HOA.
b. Please provide the frequency of payments. (For example, annual payment; monthly payment; quarterly payment; etc.) - What is your client’s name?
- What is your client’s cell phone number?
- What is your client’s email address?
- If seller is a Trust or LLC, then provide documents showing who is authorized to sign.
- If seller is an Estate, then provide an original death certificate.
- Has Probate been completed? Please provide date and details.
How should my client provide and/or receive funds?
Please be sure to tell your client(s) that if closing funds are needed, then all funds must be wired to/from financial institutions. Wiring instructions will be provided or required a couple of days before the closing date.
